The Wagner Family guided us through the process of selling real estate, a classic vehicle, a newer vehicle, and personal property for a family member. Throughout the process, we were questioned about why we chose an auction, and now in hindsight we can confidently express why we would hire the Wagner’s again. Selling prices at the auction were higher than expected. The auction resulted in everything being sold in one day. There were no contingencies after the sale since everything was sold as is. Auction fees were lower than other selling methods. Tracy and Dennis provided prompt assistance before and after the auction via email and telephone, as well as many meetings in person. The Wagner’s effective use of the internet and advertising attracted interest in our auction from all over the country. We cannot thank the Wagner’s enough for educating us through the process and patiently managing our auction.
